Hof, 28 September 2026 – HOFTEX GROUP AG (ISIN: DE0006760002 / WKN: 676000) has been informed by the management of the Munich Stock Exchange that the inclusion and listing of the company's shares in the m:access market segment will end upon expiry of 30 October 2026. In addition, the inclusion of the shares in the general open market (Freiverkehr) of the Munich Stock Exchange will be revoked. The listing of the shares in the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange will be discontinued upon expiry of 28 December 2026.

These dates implement the company's application for the termination of the stock exchange listing, which was announced in the inside information of 21 September 2026. After the end of the inclusion in the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange, the company's shares will no longer be traded on any other stock exchange at the company's initiative.
