We maintain close contacts with research institutions and universities, such as the Saxon Textile Research Institute in Chemnitz, University of Applied Sciences Hof or the Saxon University of Chemnitz. We support research and development projects, take on sponsorships for auditoriums, or promote programmes of study such as ‘German Indian Management Studies’ at the University of Applied Sciences Hof.

‘Every child is important.’ We want to help provide every child with equal opportunities in society, regardless of his or her personal circumstances or origins. We help kindergartens and schools provide working and crafts materials for all children. Thanks to our participation, sports and youth clubs can help make wishes and dreams come true, e.g. the wish for one's own music rehearsal room. Playgrounds and playing fields are renovated with our help, and the ‘Spielmobil’ in Hof has been refurbished.

For us, art & culture are an important part of an open and livable society; they foster creativity, inspiration and innovation while helping people connect with one another. In this connection, we provide a platform for young art and host art and cultural events such as HOFTEX GRAFFITI or HOFTEXPLOSION. But we also support established institutions, such as the Jazz Days in Hof or the Hof Theatre, to help preserve cultural diversity over the long term in local communities.
